Certified Food Protection Manager Certification Prep

& Exam

9am - 5:30pm (3:30pm proctored exam)

Classes are held at The Cooking Studio Fort Collins

In each class:

1. Review important food safety criteria tested in the exam, discuss case scenarios in real restaurants and how to correct them.

2. You will have two hours to take the ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager Certification Exam.


Who will be the Instructor?

ServSafe: We have 4 Chef Instructors who are Certified and approved as Instructors & test proctors for the National Restaurant Associations ServSafe program. 3 have extensive experience in restaurants and one has extensive experience in skill-based education and training programs.


What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Parking is available in the parking garage directly behind The Opera Galleria. The cost is $1/hour. If you prefer it, the MAX stop is just a block away. Please don’t park on the street as the parking limit is 2 hours and classes will typically run 3hrs or more.

Do I have to bring my ServSafe book to the class?

Yes - you should bring your book and answer sheet (found inside the book) to class


What is the cancellation policy?

Class registrations are non-refundable. However, if you can’t attend we will try to help you transfer your registration to another class. The study book is yours to keep.

It is very rare for us to cancel classes due to weather, but we’ll email you if that should happen.

What is the refund policy?

We require a minimum of 6 students per class. If less than 6 students are registered then class will be cancelled due to low enrollments and you will be notified by email. Refunds will be issued for all cancelled classes.
